Robinsons
Concept
Create an experience targeted at the Wimbledon Tennis Championship queues, to get maximum exposure and PR opportunities
Execution
- Design and Creation of the Robinsons Lawn Tennis Club, a grass tennis court and full size pavilion, situated on the 10th Tee of Wimbledon Park Golf Course
- Members of the public were invited to play tennis with Amanda Holden, whilst waiting in the queue for tickets for the 2008 Championships
- Activity was supported by a separate sampling campaign
- Huge publicity was generated through live radio link with Capital FM, television and press coverage throughout the duration of the promotion

Evian
Concept
- As the official mineral water sponsor of The Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships, Evian approached us to undertake the logistical management of the supply of bottled water, for the entire event
- The project required the management of the correct supply, movement and installation of all fridges, and various bottle formats
- It was of paramount importance that all Evian water was served at the correct temperature, in the correct format and consistently replenished on each court, practice area, press/media centre and support staff areas, as required and in keeping with demand and official regulations
Execution
- Recruitment and training of a team of professional logistical managers
- Electrical maintenance, management and branding of all fridges
- Logistical site planning and operational support
- Quality stock control and distribution throughout the entire event
- This is an annual prestigious event for Buzz Production

Gillette Venus Breeze
Concept
Create a platform for the launch of the new Gillette Venus Breeze razor, the first ladies razor not to need separate shaving foam
Execution
- Designed and built a fully functional leg shaving pod, designed to work in store, with access to an electrical supply. The pod had its own integral water supply and instantaneous water heating unit and shower pump
- The unit was easy to assemble and ready to operate within 30 minutes of arrival at store
- A discreet area was created for members of the public to trial the razor, with a consultant on hand for advise
- Activity was supported by a separate sampling campaign
- A second unit was subsequently produced, due its success and produced as a mirror image to first pod, so that they could be used together at festivals/larger venues

VQ Day
Concept
- VQ Day (Vocational Qualifications) events took place across the country on and around VQ Day, the biggest of which was held at London's Royal Opera House on VQ Day itself, 23rd July
- The big London event included seven stands showcasing vocational skills, from engineering to catering, as well as live vocal and dance performances
- Singer and Strictly Come Dancing winner Alesha Dixon herself a VQ holder hosted the event, which was attended by high-profile politicians, learners and supporters of vocational education from all walks of life

- Design and build of stage set and venue theme
- Design and build of exhibition areas
- AV design and install
- Technical production and production management
- Installed in 1 day and due to time constraints, removed from venue in 1 hour!

Cisco
Concept
- Welcome to the Human Network
- Highlight the role of networks and our interaction with them, throughout our everyday lives
Execution
- A 200 square metre mat was produced, split in to four separate zones, Work, Live, Play and Learn. Each area was then themed to reflect this, showing how networking plays such an important part in all areas of our lives
- Located in Covent Garden the Cisco Mat was sited to bring maximum exposure to the brand over a 26 day period
- A central pod was created to house all technologies; plasma displays, routers, video consoles etc, whilst also creating a backdrop for each individual themed area
- Members of the public were free to connect to the internet through supplied laptops, or there own equipment, or simply to relax, play games, have a massage etc, whilst all the time expanding the Human Network

Gillette Fusion ProGlide
Concept
- Creation of collateral for the trade launch of the ‘Gillette Fusion Proglide©’ men’s razor.
- Supplied to Gillette markets across Europe
Execution
- Produced 16 1.8m high GRP razor replicas in two versions, powered and standard with custom flight cases.
- Specialist chrome finishing and even stainless blades for that attention to detail.
- Designed and built self-contained ‘Shave Stations’, with wash basin, instantaneous hot water feed and waste facility.
- The stylish units were designed with mirrors, product display shelves and integral low energy feature lighting.
- Units were designed to assemble in minutes, by non-skilled staff, whist operating from a single 13A power supply
- Large screen displays were also produced with a custom surround and base unit to fit in with the design of the ‘Shave Stations’.
- Custom case with interactive vote and presentation system for instant training feedback

Singapore Seasons
Concept
- To support a range of activities centered around The Singapore season.
- Highlight the cultural diversity found in Singapore and to promote the country as a prestigious travel destination
Execution
- Clipper Launch at St Katherine's Dock provide location dressing and build to accommodate the specific needs of senior governmental visitors
- Covent Garden design and build a 6 unit facsimile Hawker Market serving Singaporean cuisine
- Source and install high specification catering equipment to comply with stringent environmental health criteria
- The 2 day food festival produced over 35,000 dishes and attracted excellent international media attention
- Over 20,000 travel pamphlets distributed from the information booth
- Additional promotional tour and clipper race event hospitality, at Liverpools Albert Docks

Ford Ka
Concept
- A shopping centre tour driven by insight in to Ford Ka target audience (Single, Female, 25-30, ‘Work to live not live to work’)
- They are generally not comfortable in dealerships, so a partnership with Toni & Guy was brokered, that would ultimately ‘take the dealership to them’ and showcase the Ford Ka whilst them feeling good and inspired as a result of their ‘discoverstyle’ experience.
Execution
- A modular 8m x 8m stand was built for differing locations, to house 2 Ford Ka’s, a hairstyling area, an information pod, with large screen and an interactive Facebook linked touchscreen area and a reception desk.
- The stand had regular fashion shows, so PA and lighting rig were incorporated in to the stand design.
- Power distribution and control equipment were all concealed and operated from a single point within the reception desk
- Custom tiered decking system conforming to H&S regarding loadings and fire rating set by each shopping centre
- Finalised and built within 2 weeks..! Many late nights to get the job completed on time

Fragments
Concept
- Fragments Art installation by renowned sculpture Blake Ward, is a set of hauntingly beautiful limited edition bronze sculptures representing the terrible reality created by landmines. These fragmented human forms speak of the tragic nature of man yet stand as symbols of hope, to be toured around the UK. Click here for more details
- 10 separate exhibitions throughout the year were set up in locations ranging from Canterbury Cathedral, to small London galleries
- 75% of the proceeds of art sales were donated to landmine charities, by the sculptor
Execution
- Design/build of custom exhibition panels display boxes and window displays, fitted to each exhibition space
- Logistics of moving the sculptures and equipment across the country to each exhibition and set up of display panels as required

British Gas
Concept
- A platform for customer acquisition tying in with their high profile television advertising campaign
Execution
- 4m x 4m stand built, assimilating the cartoon style house that featured in the TV ads.
- A kitchen and sitting area formed an ideal location for British Gas sales staff to engage with the public
- Scaled down props were built, including a half size red post box
- All artwork and build created from scratch in-house
- The stand was installed overnight by Buzz Production crew and maintained over a ten week period
